Returns and Refunds

Please download and complete the relevant form:

1. Withdrawal Form

2. Withdrawal Form for Defective Products

3. Replacement Form for Defective Products

For further details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions of Sale section.

1. You may return products within 14 days of receiving them.
   Products must be returned in their original packaging, including any instruction manuals and accompanying documents.
   Labels must not be removed.

2. Download and complete the form (links above) and send it to ecommerce@barazzoni.it.
   Note: In the case of returns for defective, non-compliant, or transport-damaged products, please use the specific form and contact ecommerce@barazzoni.it before proceeding with step 3.

3. Ship the return via courier (shipping costs are borne by the customer).
   We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
   The return must be delivered to the headquarters of Barazzoni S.p.A. and clearly labeled as follows:

4. Once the returned package has been received and inspected at our warehouse, and if it meets the return requirements, the refund will be issued as soon as possible.
